We have enjoyed studying genealogy and family history for many years. Our records have been compiled into a series of books which organize essentially everything we know about our ancestors and relatives. Our genealogy listing is divided into six books based on last names and a seventh book which contains supplemental lists, stories and other illuminating facts. In total, the books list 22,038 people and 8,508 marriages surrounding sixteen primary family names: Brandt, Cencia, Cressman, Dybdall, Froelich, Henry, Knutson, Krenz, Marsh, Newell, Panetti, Raub, Serra, Tempera, Walters, and Young. Other names represented in significant numbers include Bartlett, Greene, Davis, Denison, Eastman, Crossmann, Johnson, Colby, Smith, Olmstead, Bowman, Curtis, Howell, Froelich, Parker, Woodruff, Raub, Brown, Trull, Congdon, and Cook. A few birth dates reach back to England as far as the year 534. Individual entries include the person’s name and (where known) dates and places of birth and death, parent’s names, marriages, and children. As available, information concerning education, immigration, residence, etc. is also included. People living or thought to be living are excluded. Since a group of trees is known as a forest, the books, which are a grouping of family trees, are titled "Family Forest."
